The inclusion of 4 inch and 5 inch exhaust parts into the Jetex range allows us to cater for high gas flow conditions. We offer 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° bends in mild and stainless steel including stepped sleeves and double ended sleeves. Our 4 inch and 5 inch silencers are all free flowing and are available in 2 sizes, again in aluminised or stainless steel. Please see some of our technical info below 

• 4 inch parts are made from 1.5mm steel, 5 inch from 2.0mm steel.
• Each bend and straight length has a slotted sleeve at one end to allow the parts to slip inside each other.
• Silencers are based on an absorption design. The centre tube is perforated and surrounded by a thinner layer of stainless wool which is encased with a thick layer of basalt wool.
• All bends are mandrel formed.
• All dimensions are approximate (tolerances are indicated where applicable).
