New  This range of flex connectors is ideal for use before the catalytic converter where temperatures are high, engine movement is high and there is considerable gas noise.

• Can withstand up to 1100 degrees centigrade.
• Interlock liner creates an air gap between the liner and bellows improving the cooling of the exhaust gas.
• Flex connector prevents twisting of the exhaust pipework.
• The main flex unit is made from stainless steel.
• Each end is made of aluminised steel for extra corrosion resistance although as a result of high temperatues, corrosion is not an issue.
• Each flex-connector is designed to allow pipework to slip inside each end and to be welded in position.

Jetex are probably the U.K's leading supplier of universal exhaust parts for road, race or rally use. Parts are available with diameters of 1.75" (45mm), 2" (50.8mm), 2.5" (63.5mm), 3" (76mm) and 3.5" (89mm) and in either stainless or aluminised/mild steel. Unique silencer fabrication allows 2" boxes to withstand temperatures of up to 600 degrees centigrade (for normal road conditions), while our 2.5",3" and 3.5" boxes can withstand temperatures of up to 800 degrees centigrade (for higher powered engines and when used for race and rally applications).

Remember that bends and straight lengths have one end that is either 1.75", 2", 2.5", 3" or 3.5" I/D, while the other is flared to take either 1.75", 2", 2.5", 3" or 3.5" O/D (depending on the pipe diameter required).

Silencer Boxes  Available in oval or round sizes with lengths from 250mm to 625mm. All boxes are straight through absorption design.

Silencer boxes are designed to accept pipework that will slide into the end stubs rather than over. For example, a U405120 which is a 2" silencer, will accept 2" O/D pipework. [more info]

Universal Backboxes Jetex have recently expanded their range of universal backboxes (with tailpipes), designed to fit in-line with the rest of the universal range. They are available in stainless steel with 2.5" and 3" pipe diameters. Tailpipes include; Oval 90x120mm, Round 100mm and Round 114mm.

Fittings All Jetex parts sleeve over one another which allows easy fitting. However, Jetex also supply U clamps, ring clamps, hanging rubbers and mounting brackets to aid the joining together and hanging of our exhaust parts.
