Jetex are probably the U.K's leading supplier of universal exhaust parts for road, race or rally use. Parts are available with diameters of 1.75"(45mm) to 5" (127mm) in either stainless or aluminised/mild steel. Unique silencer fabrication allows 2" boxes to withstand temperatures of up to 600 degrees centigrade (for normal road conditions), while our 2.5", 3" and 3.5" boxes can withstand temperatures of up to 800 degrees centigrade (for higher powered engines and when used for race and rally applications).
Choose from a wide range of pipework, bends, silencer boxes, adaptors and tailpipes to construct an almost endless variety of free-flowing, power enhancing custom exhausts to suit your own unique application. Together with our range of Sports Catalysts, Jetex offer the total solution for road or race conditions. Our recently added 4 inch and 5 inch exhaust parts can be used for truck exhausts, and are ideal for extreme performance applications such as drag racing.
Straight Lengths and Bends

Silencers
All silencer boxes are straight through absorption designed. Noise is reduced by absorption through a centre perforated tube. Consequently, there is less gas flow restriction and so back pressure is reduced, torque is increased and engine performance is enhanced.

Adaptors

Flexible Joints - ILOK
Our range of flex connectors is ideal for use before the catalytic converter where temperatures are high, engine movement is high and there is considerable gas noise.

Flexible Joints - Polylock
Polylock flexible hosing is ideally used in low impact applications, such as where a particular bend is required but is not available in our range. These parts should be used further towards the back of the exhaust and in low stress conditions.

Flexible Joints - Compensators
Compensators prevent fracture between the downpipe and the rest of the exhaust system.

Universal Backboxes
Our range of universal back boxes can be fitted in conjunction with our 2", 2.5" or 3" range of parts, or fitted to an existing exhaust system. Please note that these backboxes have to be adapted to suit an existing exhaust and will not fit straight on. However, by using adaptors from our custom range, this can easily be rectified. Tailpipe styles include Twin Round 57mm, Round 100mm, Round 100mm slash, Round 114mm, Round 114mm slash and Oval 90x120mm.

Pipe Spacers
These small, but very useful mild steel parts allow two pipes to be joined together by filling in the space between them. |
Lambda Fittings
Lambda bosses are available in mild or stainless steel. Plug is made from chrome plated mild steel.

Fittings
Jetex offer a wide variety of fittings to allow parts to be hung correctly under the car.

Decibel Reducers
Ideal for sound reduction in 2", 2.5" and 3" pipework. Decibel reducers should be placed inside a minimum of 300mm length of tubing and self tapped or welded in place. A cost effective method of sound damping.
