About S-type filters
For cars with carburettors or vertical, single-point or multi-point engines, you can easily fit a Jetex S-type filter. They are designed to replace the original air box which allows the filter to clamp directly onto the air intake. Due to the design of the filter, with cotton gauze material that stretches around the filter, there is a large surface area for air to be drawn into the air system. This will help throttle response and improve engine performance.
