For any part that is sent by UK Mail, you can keep a keen eye on how it is progressing through the network right here! Once you have your parcel number, which can be obtained by calling Jetex after 5pm on the day of your order, you can input it directly into the UK Mail tracking system and see where it is.

However, this facility is subject to the following conditions:

Your order has been shipped. If it hasn't, we won't have a tracking number.
Your order is being sent by courier and not Royal Mail.
Most orders that have been shipped are delivered next day. Tracking a parcel on the same day it has been shipped will not provide you with much information. We therefore advise waiting until the day of expected delivery to track your parcel. Also, for postcodes in Scotland, Northern Ireland and any Island around the UK, delivery can be 1-3 days.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, UK Mail will leave a card to inform you that you were not present and that they will attempt re-delivery up to 3 times (including the initial attempt) before it is returned to Jetex. Also this card gives you an opportunity to state a day when you would like delivery, especially if you are likely to be out 3 days in a row.

Please note that if UK Mail attempts to deliver 3 times without success and the parcel is returned to Jetex, we will issue a re-delivery charge of an amount equal to, but not exceeding the amount originally paid. If your order was placed through a Jetex dealer then Jetex will issue a re-delivery charge to the Jetex dealer. It is then up to the dealer if they wish to pass this on to you. Be assured that almost all parcels are delivered without problems!
